Israel's brother John on the bench for the Tahs

Is he any good? I presume he didn't have much of an impact in league?

So Sunwolves started in Singapore, next stop Tokyo, then Hamilton, Albany, back to Tokyo, onto Singapore and now off to Aus for 2 more games, a bye, then back to back games in Tokyo before heading back to Aus to face the Reds and Brumbies, then on to SA....nice scehduling. :man_facepalming:

NTA

@taniwharugby And they're playing in Newcastle which is a couple of hours up the coast from Sydney. Part of the Tahs' plan to take games out of the city while the stadium is rebuilt.

Banana skin game for the Tahs - they've not strung together 2 good performances, and no Foley or AAC.

Duluth

Good, a Sunwolves try. It was looking one sided for the first 15mins

NTA

I like this kiwi ref - doesn't say much but what he says it worth listening to.

Duluth

Great offload from Tui. Another Sunwolves try

Tahs relaxed after a good start. This might be an awkward game now

Sunwolves 17-12

Dice

This Mason kid is terrible.

NTA

That ground looks fucking awful

Duluth

Karmichael looked slow there

NTA

Fuck that guy can kick

Yeah what is it, one miss this season?

NTA

@Machpants zero. Kicked everything this year

Yeetyaah

Holy fuck Parker has a boot on him.

NTA

FFS can we please just run straight and pass short?

@NTA he missed one last week, I'm sure? Well not sure but I thought he did

NTA

@Machpants they keep saying he's 100% this year. Plus 7 or 8 to finish last year.

NTA

This is shaping to be the Waratahs 2019: can't string together two good performances

SammyC

Dan Pryor is a good player

Stargazer

Well done, Sunwolves! Taking another scalp!

Duluth

Two away wins

Chiefs currently in last place

Dice

Good win by the Sunwolves.

Tahs probably win if Mason wasn't at 10. That had to be the worst individual performance of the season.

Chris

HaHaHaHa fukin excellent Result

KiwiMurph

Parker would waltz into an AB squad if they took 3 10s.

He made a couple of errors, but was hardly the Lone Ranger on that front.

He put the ball right where it should have been a couple of times and the midfield fucked it. He didn't give away stupid breakdown errors in the opposition half like Hanigan or Hooper, and he didn't miss tackles like Beale or kick the ball dead like Gordon.

That said: why the fuck did we change a winning team? Home game against a decent opposition, riding the high of physically belting the Crusaders into submission.

gt12

Excellent result!

Fucked my tipping, of course, but that was always going to happen anyway 😉

The Landers should have signed him instead of Gatland; I don't know for how long they've signed Josh Ioane, but I think only Marty Banks is off-contract at the end of the season.

Maybe the Canes should sign him next year instead of Garden-Bachop.

Parker is definitely a ten that needs to be playing in NZ, don't care where he goes, but get him on board

good back up for Mo'ounga

ACT Crusader

Parker’s always had talent and is a natural 1st 5, but it’s been his inconsistency. Now he’s playing with a bit of confidence and his kicking is superb.

If you let the Sunwolves hang around they do have a style that can put a defence under pressure.

NTA

A bunch of nuffies are out in force blaming Mason for this loss.

Idiots. Mason played to approximately the level you can get of a guy who has had about 30 minutes in a season at Super Level. Made mistakes but where were the senior backs around him taking some pressure as well?

Plus injuries - had ongoing issues with a shoulder. And then maybe a leg?

You raise a valuable point - if he never plays, how can he get the experience to not put on a display like that again?

How does Hanigan keep getting picked?

only consolation for my tipping:
