Couldn't find a match thread for this...

Actually kind of curious to see how the Springboks come together on it since they haven't played together for so very long. Georgia have the capacity to be a tough game though I would ultimately expect them to be beaten.

Great to see Georgia on tour and would love to see it when not being squeezed in pre lions etc.

Also the first Raeburn Shield challenge since RWC2019 so nice to see that going again.

@daffy-jaffy It may still change, but it doesn't look like that game will be broadcast in NZ.

NZ k/o time is Sat 3 July 2021, 5.00am.

Pollard. The boks are going to bore the lions to death. Even cheslin is taking (50m!) drop kicks, rather than tries 🤮😜

Jesus, is he still playing ? I wonder if he’s still doing his Bee Gees impression ?

Rapido

Pollard boring? He's no Morne Steyn.

Nepia

Anyone know if this is being shown in Oz? I'd like to watch these mythical Springboks.

Chris

It is on Stan in Australia

Really? It wasn’t when I last looked (which admittedly was probably yesterday morning). I’ll check in a bit.

Yeah, I just checked, they also added the Ireland v Japan game which they didn't have shown yesterday.

They need to sort out having the correct games shown in the week before a match.

I mentioned elsewhere the Boks have been unbeaten since November 2018.

Invincible they are.

Since the boks last defeat the ABs have lost twice, drew one. Winningest 🏆

Since the team was named, there has been a change in the team line-up:

Bones

Boks are an unstoppable juggernaut. Thank fuck we didn't play them or England last year.

MiketheSnow

Score please

Bones

@mikethesnow 19-9 SA leading into the break, after a missed DG attempt from Georgia. When I posted my previous post, Georgia were 9-5 up....

Bones

33-9 to the boks.

Bones

40-9 ten minutes to go.

Bones

That's the final score.

Imagine what Georgia would do to the ABs.

Daffy Jaffy

Found this - until its taken down -

Daffy Jaffy

2nd half -

MiketheSnow

Smith might be small for a No 8 but no one is going to stop him from 5-10 yards out off the back of the scrum with his speed and strength

MiketheSnow

Excellent debut for the winger
Full complement of skills

Albertus Stephanus Smith didn't play against the ABs in the RWC (did play in two other games) , maybe he had an appointment at Hogwarts.

Treason, Ardie is at the height of his powers.
I hope that burn wasn't too Savea.
