Loose forwards look a bit short - Max Hicks and Sioni Havili significant omissions - would have liked Cirikadaveta on the bench as well.
Have to say I picked HB for this (heart pick etc) in tipping. Not that I like either team more than other, just need HB to win so the Naki get a challenge in a couple of weeks!!!
This has got the makings of a good un though! I love the NPC, but a shield game just adds to it even more !!!
An article about Ben O'Donnell in the newspaper today. His parents are Kiwis (now living back in Levin) and he is the cousin of Declan and Kylem. It was Brumbies teammate Ollie Sapsford who organised for him to go to HB, as a replacement for himself.
Why did Aumua throw that so hard? He did all the hard stuff, gets his hands free then throws like a tard
Renton really doesn't like his ex-teammates. 
HB have points in them, they just need to get down the other end of the field.

Yeah, I picked up on that too. "Pushing the envelope" didn't seem right either.
Hawkes Bay better start scoring some points, not only for my tipping, but I need them to hold shield so Naki gets next challenge. I already checked and we get a challenge against the Mako, but Wellington would get a crack frist!!!

This has been a great game for the non aligned, but the ref should've blown that sealing off penalty much earlier.

In the 80's and 90's, that would have been "never paying for a beer ever again" territory.
Serves Hawke's Bay right for trying to close the game out too far out.

What a kick to win it. Mabey could have penalised HB for sealing off at the end prior to the final penalty.
it does make you wonder when HB were playing as well as they did, why they then shut up shop and play the clock down you run the risk of exactly that happening.
