that last scrum summed up alot of what is wrong with how scrums are reffed and time wasting.

BOP had a scrum, ball gets to back, ref says ball is back, stable, 5 sec later, scrum starts marching sideways, so ref calls a reset, really need to encourage quicker play from the back, but so many teams play for penalties, they wait for the 2nd drive or a collapse...
