He made quite a few nice runs and didn't have any very noticeable mistakes, whereas Sullivan had quite a few good plays but also quite a few mistakes.

Yeah I guess slim pickings in the forwards to find someone, thought Heem and Rieko really stepped up in the last twenty though.
Telea is super obvious. Went for Clarke who showed again he’s the best winger in the air, was huge for us on defence.
Could have gone for FAB Heem, but went for Patrick who was everywhere and strong in the lineout.
@KiwiMurph I enjoyed the judo tackle he did on one of the props, he’s a strong dude.
And he’s running onto the ball these days too.

I liked him getting into the niggle right from the start of the game, grabbing Ardie at ruck time

Did bloody well in the air, made some strong hits, ran well, tidied up some shit ball at the back. Got caught out for the Canes try in the corner - but that was the most visible error. NOt sure how much of his work got caught on TV
@KiwiMurph Good to see Akira get a mention. His work on defence and breakdown was crucial.
