I've never managed to get a ticket to a Lions test, if they are playing one in the USA it's a really big fuck you to NZ Rugby supporters. Once every 12 years, and one game is in USA, get fucked. Hopefully just one of those 'exploring' options things.

Yeah, I assume it could be an ABXV or MABs game but not one of the tests. It should be the USA, but if not it may be that they just don't see the value of playing the USA side (too weak?)
@Machpants It won't be an All Blacks-Lions Test. It will be a start of the tour warm up, I guess against a Major League Rugby invitation team or Fiji. A good idea if it can happen.
Lions tours have always kicked off with games against lesser nations. For decades it was Australia

and next year they are playing the whole tour against Tier 2, which i think is incredibly progressive.

i had to look because they are great events. But no way am i spending that to watch the Lions ritually disembowel the Wallabies.

i first looked at melbourne (MCG)
150 for top tier at the end. $500 for a half decent view. And that was Silver
Suncorp was $550 for all but single tickets in the worst spot
