Not sure at 35 a history of serious concussions
Back and shoulder injuries I would he may not last 5 minutes in test rugby.
I think Savea even as a highlights reel and Lakai are better options ,along with Corey Kellow as a prospect.

Kellow needs to establish himself at Super Rugby level which he hasnt done for 3 or so seasons now. Still waiting.

Nah fair play to Tupaea, he’s been the best back in the comp in my view, but Barrett is up there as well which means Tupaea shifts out one to get the best players on the park. Proctor still in the squad in my view.

With a worse injury history than any of them, and has clearly lost pace.
You could make a case for someone like him to re establish culture in a squad of 40to SA I guess, but I wouldn't think so really.

The LF's are not in a good place but we have to start developing combination with what we've got rather than reaching for retired players.
