Did we stop doing the basics at training? Our ball retention is dire. I know NH rugby is boring but at least they know how to look after the ball.

This is a rugby ball, you need to protect it with your life. If you hold onto it you can score points. Scoring points helps you win the game.

The Chiefs breakdown work has been really weird (and disgusting) all night. They're all just ignoring the tackled player and watching or running off? It's one of the weirdest things I've seen. No one going into protect the ball at all.

Congrats to the Wolves, they have looked good this season. They may cause a few upsets this year.
I know Michael Little in a roundabout way, and he's been excellent. We've all enjoyed cheering him on tonight and I think he's been the best on park. Well done SWs!

No. What happens when teams rest ABs?
@Stargazer Agree but they were horrible against the Crusaders. But we were dominating last year except for the Blues and this year not even close.

Because each team other than the crusaders has already looked limited at one time or another. Squad personnel cannot be ignored and is an irritating niggle when the one of the lesser 4 in the NZ conference have played
But I agree, 3 rounds means little. Bit different from previous years though
