Is there a reason we seem to always be on the receiving end of the penalty count? Are we cheating bastards or do we not know the rules.

what annoys me is the consistency. IF hands on the ground in front of the line is a penalty every week, every ref, every time, happy days ... but it's just not. Random refereeing so often.
