Hopefully the ref keeps that up, England will be penalised off the park if so.
If they get more, they'll just leave the ruck and fan out. Their D line is pretty solid
the grass behind our ruck looks very tempting for fallen English players. Taking long naps there.

We were building nicely but Cocksedge could’ve easily gone around her!
Better work from us. We don’t always have to throw the big cut out pass. Nice short passes will work against England.
I think the girls have shown they start a bit nervous then build into the game ,
I reckon a safety first approach is best until the nerves have calmed

Nah. Play the skill game in the right areas and knock the rust out.
Does the women's game not have the rule where the tackler has to let the tackled player place the ball???
Fucken hell, any BF approaching the breakdown having to hurdle one or two roses to get there, but she penalised us going off our feet while hurdling.

That works when the defence is fanned out - opens up the offload game at the risk of leaving you vulnerable to counterattack
There is space out wide. Portia had the ball in her hands more in the first 10 mins than in the whole match last week

I think that is a tactic to set up like that in attack and then on second phase quickly spread.
