Power is an issue and I think that sometimes factors into their kicking choices.
They do need to look at mauls. Don't mind a contrast of styles at all but a maul every 5 minutes? Also seems an adjudicational lottery to me and not a fair contest of the ball.

The issue isn't the idea of the mauls, its that the laws need tweaking/better enforcement.
