Agreed. Brumbies can afford to drop this. No change to the top 4, even with the loss, and Landers swap places with Force to drop into 9th. Makes it hard for Landers from here.

@SBW1 Brumbies? No. Resting players. Obviously looked at the run home and decided they could wear the loss.

The main consequence of this loss - if the table were to stay the same from now - is that the Brumbies will no longer host a semi-final if they win their quarter-final.

Great result for the Crusaders big chance of finishing 2nd and claiming a home SF now.
Not good for the Brumbies probably have to play their SF away from home.
And a loss to the chiefs could drop them to 4th potentially A SF v Crusaders in ChCh or Chiefs in Hamilton.

Yep has Hurt the Brumbies chances quite a lot, also if they lose to the Chiefs the Blues will go to 3rd if they can beat the Canes.
The Brumbies then may have a QF v Canes instead of an easier QF plus a hard SF away.
They needed to win this to get a home SF.
And will give the Blues an easier QF.

The Chiefs Brumbies showdown shapes as a beauty. The Chiefs will be tested and will need to be on their game for this one, any hiccups like against the Reds and they get bumfucked.
