I highly doubt 1 npc season would make much difference. He played npc last year.

OK, Covid and injuries. He didn't have the shot he could have.

right call to go back to league, but he could have had better luck

Should have gone to the Highlanders and he would have started very week.

Missing that initial NPC season with Auckland didn't exactly help.

@Nepia it a bit of a lottery... Gardner is one of the better refs going, but his advantage can be a little inconsistent and sometimes exceeding long
