Chile were obviously fucked from their second game in the heat edition within one week, and made a lot of mistakes.
But the officiating here was shambolic, and I blame Paul Williams partially because his style is so lazy. But most I have to blame the Australian fuckwit in the TMO box for regular interjections

Williams let himself be bossed around by his ARs too. He should have told them both to fuck off at the times when all three were watching the same footage.
This game made to look bad by a poor tmo who seemed to be desperate to take centre stage. Fernandez and Dittus looked good for Chile but Samoa just too sharp.
