Tonga has been awful, falling off tackles, messing around with the ball on the ground, just a training run for Ireland.
Most of those prodigal sons who have returned are ready for the knackers yard.

Its things like this that really annoy me - inconsistently applied yet most probably one of the easiest to see and enforce...
