So Pearce penalises Tonga for holding a SA player in at the ruck but then ignores a SA player clearly playing the ball on the ground before that try. Total BS.
And gives the first ever penalty for attacking players trapping the tackler in the ruck. Despite vermuelen purposefully rolling himself there to try to win the tackle..
Jesus these English referees and their rulings against PI nations...

Hate that SA physio who always gets involved. Know your place, woman!
She will have Rassie in her ear all game, but always too close to the action.
SA second try
No way Moody was supporting his own weight in the turnover
And hands beyond the ball
@Jailbreak7
A mate pinged me to say that he said it.
I have it on my phone but not sure how to upload a video here
Yeah he says 'fuck off you black.....'. Pretty obvious lip reading.
Le Roux is a tool, even Kolisi had a go at him earlier in the year for being a dick.
@taniwharugby no of the commentators mentioned it but if it surfaces on social media I'm sure he won't be able to hide from it.
Well, 3 or 4 of us have seen it from here. Presumably a tongan heard it with many more seeing it around the world.
So, nothing will happen then!
@DaGrubster yeah I just meant no one has mentioned it on the broadcast. I'm sure it will be dealt with after the game.
Shoulder to head, saw him coming, never got in a position to make a legal tackle so no mitigation. Genuinely baffled by that one

I’m guessing you’ve never played rugby?
So many no-arms chop tackles are ignored when defending the try line so why did Cronan decide to interject for that one?
Re the head shot stuff, It’s so weird to watch as a NH fan, all year the interpretation would have been as per Luke Pearce’s reaction. The Aussies seem to have totally different interpretation (it was Aussie officials who cleared Farrell) and Aussie TMO disagreed with Pearce who then changed his decision
Ah, I misheard. Fair enough. I don’t understand what the mitigation was based on the decision making protocols though.
Tonga really need to pick better younger players that show some promise, and coaches who can get the best out of them.
@DaGrubster One has to ensure a certain level of deference to their betters by the ‘south sea islanders’
