Sky seems to be running a model where they don't televise something unless their customers directly contact them about it. The same thing happened with the league Ashes, they weren't televising it, were getting queries about it, then NRL stepped in and broadcast it, then Sky got the rights (and I think the free NRL option disappeared).
A lot of times it will be about who has the local broadcasting rights, and how easy is it to get for NZ. Sky have shown games with much less interest for Kiwis.

This looks more like a B team in some positions. You would expect the strongest XV starts next game.
Boshier at 6 is a strange selection, a position he has played the least in.

NZR+ is a thoroughly dogshit app. Doesn't even have an upcoming streams or fixtures feature. Never remembers logins. Randomly stopped being able to stream video on my tablet the other day. Still works in the browser for some reason. The idea that they think people would pay for it. I'd trust a paid subscription on youtube. Not that shit.

That's just the general info page of where you can watch the ABs outside of NZ, it's not specifically about this match.
If it's on NZR+ we have no way of knowing as like @Tim says there's no upcoming matches tab in the app.
