The whole problem with this team is that we do not have a decent 10. loved Barrett in his day but that was years ago. We will never get anywhere without a new decent number 10. So fucking obvious !!!

What is the issue in the coaching panel that they can’t see this guy is in terminal decline??
They answer to the marketing types who adore Beauden Barrett.

Scott Robertson is shit
Grand Slam?
In the bag.
Worst thing is England look just as rudderless.

Bring wonder boy DMac on and we’ll be sweet.

Tupaea has thrown three very good cut-out passes in this match. Just in response to the comments about the backline not being able to pass.
Without BB, the passing could be slicker.

Good discipline, good lineout, good Fainga'anuku, Tupaea and Lakai. Two missed kicks for touch are inexcusable
We should be 15 points up but those two clangers have brought England back into the game.

Beauden Barrett is really due…..
He should never have left the Hurricanes.
Next year he shouldn't be a Super Rugby starter. Let him go off to collect some yen and move on.
@Canes4life Yeah sickening isn't it. Not finding touch at this level shouls see players banished to the shadowrealm. But hey it's a Barrett.

Well ...
Score flatters England. But fuck we don't mind balling up opportunities do we?
They pinned us in our own half and walked away with points. Sounds like good rugby to me.
I didn't say they didn't take some good options. But my gut feel of Mex's "ebb and flow of psychic energy" is that NZ should be up by a try.
Agree, could even be more, we were dominating them. Those fucked up kicks from BB were so costly. Also, the drop goal is a pretty low percentage option, good on him for nailing them but I won't be unhappy if they keep trying that with go forward ball.
We can take a lot from that half, just need DMac on ASAP
Barrett has been shite, but don’t let it take away from a very strong first half performance otherwise. Tupaea outstanding.
@His-Bobness said in England Vs All Blacks:
If it had been McKenzie who missed two penalty kicks for touch he would have been pulled.
Don't disagree but Barrett only missed one, Roigard fluffed the other.

The England comeback was as expected. It's been a common theme under Razor. We just can't pull away from teams after getting a good lead.
Speaks of a team culture than lacks ruthlessness. The very characteristic we were once so renowned for.
Not that the NZ Rugby media ever call Robertson and his pals out for it.
