Shit

mariner4life

Itoje, Curry, Pollock and Smith off the bench? oof good luck Wales

Duluth

I like the confidence of the early team naming. Similar to the Boks. Treating the 23 as a state secret is a sign of weakness

Catogrande

I'm not convinced with Steward at 15. He's rock under the high ball and hits hard in the collisions but can he make those one on one tackles - ie actually get to them. Plus having the turing circle of an oil tanker is a problem.

Other than that I'm pretty happy with that squad. The bench should make a significant difference later in the day.

Tim

Wales paying $15 at the TAB. Spread 28.5 pts.

MiketheSnow

That’s way too generous

Duluth

15 Louis Rees-Zammit, 14 Ellis Mee, 13 Eddie James, 12 Ben Thomas, 11 Josh Adams, 10 Dan Edwards, 9 Tomos Williams, 8 Aaron Wainwright, 7 Josh Macleod, 6 Alex Mann, 5 Adam Beard, 4 Dafydd Jenkins, 3 Archie Griffin, 2 Dewi Lake (c), 1 Nicky Smith

Replacements: 16 Liam Belcher, 17 Rhys Carre, 18 Tomas Francis, 19 Ben Carter, 20 Taine Plumtree, 21 Harri Deaves, 22 Kieran Hardy, 23 Mason Grady

Catogrande

Feyi-Waboso out and Tom Roebuck in as a straight swap. Shame about F-W but Roebuck is a good replacement and I'm glad that Borthwick didn't shuffle the whole back line around just to gt Daly in somewhere.

Lots and lots and lots of rain in the West London area in the last few days and more to come. It's going to be greasy.

30 point spreads feels heavy in these conditions

Victor Meldrew

Love the costumes in the Twickers crowd.

Nah, England have the much better starting XV and the so much better bench.

Twickenham Stadium so much more lively on a Saturday afternoon than a Sunday one.

sparky

Lively start by England into the Wales 22.

sparky

Ford with the early penalty goal.

England 3 Wales 0.

sparky

Freddie Steward screws up a high ball and it's a Welsh kickable penalty.

sparky

Wales kick for the corner rather than going for 3-3

sparky

And Wales give away a soft penalty.

Victor Meldrew

Earl butchered a try there.

sparky

Arundell in for England's first try.

England 8 Wales 0.

Bones

Very well reffed.

Bones

Sheesh early drive? Rough.

Bones

Fucks sake itv, heard of a replay?

Jet

This sport has gone to the dogs honestly.

KiwiMurph

You would think with how often Wales have to kick off the restart that they would be good it.

They just kick a flat kick directly to an Englishmen with a huge boot who is able to hoof the ball back down field under no pressure.

game_film

Only hope is this is bad enough that the Welsh teams leave the URC

sparky

Arundell has a hat trick already.

England 29 Wales 0 after 36 minutes.

MiketheSnow

Sherrat can get fucked

He’s coached that move since he’s been involved with Wales and it’s never come off

Apart from Louis Rees-Zammit sounding like a show dog's name, can you further clarify?

sparky

England score again. This will be a long second half for Wales and their supporters.

sparky

Maro Itoje gets a YC within a few seconds of coming on.

Bones

Wales made that look hilariously difficult. Kick pass? 🤣

sparky

Josh Adams scores for Wales so at least Welsh fans have something to cheer for.

England 36 Wales 5.
