England have gone to the bench early and their bench players are looked better and more composed than the starters.

sparky

Most first half points conceded by England at home.

28 v New Zealand, 2006
27 v France, 2023
23 v Italy, 2001
22 v Ireland, 2026

W32

Wasn't it only a couple of years ago they were this bad? Admittedly probably with a less capable group of players.

A bit like the NZ situation 🎣

bayimports

I think they need a culture coach who surfs

bayimports

It’s scary though we all know they have talent but it’s like they’ve never played together before with some of the basic errors

W32

England score and look ok for the first time

bayimports

Ollie Lawrence in, Kate finally has something to smile about

W32

Toy chariot sighting

W32

Commentator “how stupid have England been today?”

Bones

I sure hope that was unstoparundel getting bundled

Victor Meldrew

Record score for the Oirish at HQ.

bayimports

I would say England have given up but that would suggest they showed up

Bones

Fucking Ireland about to ruin it for everyone and then go back to losing. Typical

W32

Ireland are a different side with Crowley at 10 and Osborne at 15

game_film

Only Scott Hansen can save England

W32

Although this hasn’t been a good test

game_film

How slow is Maaaaarcus.

Bones

Shocker by Smith, giving up against a guy that's played the whole game who wasn't even catching him. Yuck

Bones

England have done a great job of picking the wrong option on many crucial attacking plays. Unreal, could have scored that try many phases before.

W32

How in the world have england gotten to this place after looking so good?

game_film

@W32 we must ask ourselves, against whom did they look good? Therein lies the answer

game_film

Itoje didn’t look gutted enough for mine.

Bones

Just to rub salt into the wounds England send Sonja to cover Wales v Scotland

Well they must of looked ok against a few, they had quite the winning run going, but they seem to of fallen off a cliff this last couple of weeks!
By the powers though the Irish who perhaps have looked decidedly average a few times, looked a million bucks didn't they? That was a very good performance by whole team.

game_film

@Dan54 when you look at England’s winning run last year (which began when France choked it up in the 6N and Dupont couldn’t catch a cold, but that’s another story for another day)…. They didn’t beat anyone of consequence until arguably the Razor-coached ABs, upending their grand slam attempt.

They beat an Argie team in the summer that was in the middle of its usual ‘which game shall we get up for?’ mindset between beating the Lions and preparing for the RC.

In the Autumn they beat an Oz team who were falling apart by then, the Razor ABs and finished with a tight one over Arg again.

As they say, the signs were there.

Dan54

I think one of their problems at moment is they just crumbling when it not going to plan. When they get stressed they seem to struggle to find answers!
