Where the fuck is Higgins man
He’ll be available next week alongside Lomax and Naholo. Took a knock playing for the development side which is why he didn’t travel and which is why Rova is on the bench.
Love likely available the week after that as well.

Higgins Man (by Marvel). AI still has some work to do on uniform generation.

He nor Naholo showed up in the injury list
Taine Roiri (hamstring): 6 weeks
Jai Tamati (ankle): 7-9 weeks
Brett Cameron (knee): Expected to miss season
Harry Godfrey (knee): Expected to miss season
Ruben Love (ankle): 2-4 weeks
Josh Timu (foot): 5-7 weeks
Wonder if perhaps he didnt travel with the team so no point flying them to sydney for this game is the rationale?

Looks like Michael Hooper.

Laidlaw mentioned they wanted to keep a few guys fresh in NZ for the Force next week.

I asked it to make sure the hair was curly. I should have added as image prompt the bad guy from Megamind.

Maybe we should try and put a strong team out to win the points that are immediately on offer? Have we learned nothing from Lautoka?

That team looks pretty strong to me, good enough to do the business. Need to sharpen up though.
No point pushing guys like Lomax if they aren’t quite ready. It’s a long season.
TAB Odds:
Waratahs $2.20
Hurricanes $1.65
Bit of an early critical game for the Hurricanes. You don't want to be 1 from 3 against MP, Drua, and the Tahs.

Too right, a good test to see where both sides actually are.
The Canes have won the last 8 against the Tahs so would be nice to keep that run going.
We don't want to be in a similar situation to last year by chasing our tail again.
Interesting to note that this game will be the Hurricane's last out of New Zealand for the rest of the regular season. Makes it an even more important game to win with the Force next week, and then the Highlanders and Reds to follow. All very winnable games if we play to our potential.

Jordi stop the big cut out passes everytime
He’s got no ability to get us over the gainline. Been saying it for so long. Get him back to fullback.
@Canes4life Lol I dont know how IWL keeps getting chances. Feel like he’s always laughing everything off too

He’s a clown. Dumbest player I’ve ever seen on a rugby field.
Excellent patience Tahs.
Worrying signs for Canes. Not surprised with a 6 day turnaround from Fiji

No excuses, they had a bye in the first round.

Tahs are coming off the bye. 14 day turnaround vs 6. It's a factor.

Nah no excuses. These guys should be definitely fit enough and it’s early in the season.

What’s the point in having a club socks round if players are not gonna at least pull their socks to at least acknowledge the clubs they are playing for credit to the guys that are making the effort
A bit silly aye.
