Come on Canes put on 50.
This is just the kind of loose game the Canes love. Hate to be a curmudgeon, but some of the passing and general skills have not been great.
So many of our tries have been off takeaways or Reds errors. Even that try started with a poor pass into the midfield by Love that could have caused us problems

@DurryMexted It was the same conditions facing both sides and as someone that was within 15 metres of the sideline witnessing the spectacle and viewing the ground conditions from far closer range than the vast majority of people you and I must have a different rating scale when it comes allocating a points value on the mudbath scale.
I do have the experience of viewing a match in almost mid calf depth mud at the Hunterville Domain in the late 1980s plus a memorable experience at the Taumaranui Domain for an NPC encounter around the same period. Just in Wellington city alone Prince of Wales Park, Martin Luckie Park and even Hataitai Park on a really bad day set a very high benchmark in absolute mudbath standards that make Churchill Park due a rating of "slightly greasy on top" category rating compared to the outstanding examples available in Wellington alone.
Fairly happy to have called that drua game a write off now. We looking good

The Brumbies loss to NSW last night helps us too. Now it's up to us to convert as many letters cal derbies as possible
Canes have made the Reds look pretty ordinary after they’ve been talked up.
Next up, bring on the Blues.
Remember when a certain coaching group wouldn’t give Love a chance to showcase his skills in the black jersey? Lol

Certainly looks very solid and composed. Has done well to keep us on the front foot. At least there is no danger of Laidlaw subbing him out for Cameron this season

Reds have been poor
The Canes have made them look it though. Just so dominant atm. Watching them live, the hits they are putting on are massive.

I agree, the defence has been huge. Reds D was big at the start but they haven't been able to stay with us

Geez that was pretty good, as a Canes' man
If we cut down our handling mistakes it could have been 60!

I know basics huh? Bastards!!!
Swap out Harkin for Sullivan and our errors will decrease by nearly 100%
How about Fehi though? He’d actually be a lock for the ABs right now if he wasn’t going overseas. That guys work rate is very impressive.
I will add, I think one or two should admit that Laidlaw wasn't too far off with Enari ahead of Viljoen.
Mabey is fucking awfully substandard. Making shit up left, right and centre then just missing blatant stuff. Drop him.
