Higgins has done his shoulder apparently, or in other words 'I can't be fucked playing so I'll pretend I'm injured'
On the Canes, I'm trying to figure out what Vernon Bason did wrong as he hasn't been seen in the team for the last three weeks. He played two very good cameos coming on against the Landers and then the Reds when he scored a try off a maul but hasn't been seen since.
Tuputupu is similar to IWL, he's prone to doing something stupid and is almost certainly going to get penalised or carded at some point in the game.
I'm glad Lauaki is playing, his combination with Mafileo has been very solid.

Think Tuputupu was preferred hooker in general at Turbos too wasn't he? Not sure, but as I say I bit keen on both of them.

Tuputupu was preferred more because he's older, but I think Bason is the more level headed of the two, a natural leader who probably has a higher ceiling. Good chance both of them will be back-up to Aumua next year.

It's an away game this week, needs to be in Welly if you want the Bason reserve.
Interesting that Kini Naholo is not listed as injured. You'd think he'd be on the bench over Gray.

Has he had on field discipline issues? How many times he been penalised this year? I sure someone has got the data etc, just something I hadn't noticed (that doesn't mean much though).
