No one can defend the blindside this half...

Very casual defence from the Chiefs

antipodean

Loft might as well have waved the Drua in from the maul. Left the blindside opponent he was marking to do nothing and then hobble back.

antipodean

Then Loft throws the ball away after the Chiefs spend 10mins without the ball. Who is this clown?

KiwiMurph

Why is Adam Thomson wearing 20 for Chiefs

Loft, or whoever he is, is clearly operating on one leg

About the same amount of brain cells too.

Some of these Chiefs players defend like well oiled turnstiles.

antipodean

There are some donkeys in this Chiefs team. Cook-Savage, Loft, Sinkinson, Roe. Has anyone seen Sititi in the last 20mins?

Canes4life

Man if the Drua had brains they would be a pretty good rugby side.

Bovidae

Way is the Aussie version of Doleman at the breakdown. Lomani spent so much time laying on the ground on the wrong side.

And fuck off with Sky's infatuation with the spider cam.

Outside of the notable shocker from Droasese, I actually thought they played with a lot of control today. They weren't miles away in that game.

That Droasese try reached BB levels of assistance

I not a fan of it at all.

Man that was a shocker wasn’t it. They had so many chances to score in that last ten minutes to ruin the Chiefs bonus but took the wrong option almost every time.

I hope they can keep Armstrong-Ravula for a long time, he’s going to be a very good ten.

Quinn Tupaea is the player of the tournament so far. What a talent!

If he stays fit, he surely has a lock on the All Blacks 12 jersey.

ARHS

Geez I found the reffing calls hard to understand in that match. Bit squeaky by the Chiefs.

Mr Fish

Have been really looking forward to seeing Hutchinson get back on the pitch and was pretty impressed with his first match, especially given how long he's been out of the game. Looked pretty collected at the back and showed some good toe. I think LCF has made a good fist of his time in the 15 jersey but would probably prefer to see Hutchinson there for the rest of the season (until ENS returns, although depending on who is available he might be better employed on the wing).

I didn't realise his knee injury was so bad. Great effort from the young fella to make it back.

In my view he looked very similar to Callum Harkin, sound kicking game, plenty of acceleration, loads of intent running it back from deep. Very strong performance in his first game back.

It was likened to the type of injury you get in a car crash.

Hutchinson is also a good goal kicker, so another string to his bow.

The bye has come at a good time with more injuries at loose forward and in the outside backs.

@KiwiMurph

Was that the game against the Bulls at the Orlando Pirates/ ground?

Mr Fish

Kyle Brown also reminded me of a young ALB. Showed some good heels and always looked for an offload. Wouldn't mind seeing more of him at 13 especially with the injury issues the Chiefs have in the backline.

Been watching him with a bit of interest too mate, he kind of caught my eye for manawatu last year.
