Narawa leaving it late to make an impression, he can't have played more than 2 games this year. I would have Moorby ahead of him right now.

Four starts and one appearance off the bench for Narawa. Not sure he'd be making that initial squad anyway (but also wouldn't have Moorby ahead of him).

If Finau is off at the end of the year as is rumoured then he'd be a surprise inclusion in Rennie's squad too...

Narawa was on crutches and in a moonboot for a long time so it must have been a serious injury. He hasn't had much luck with injuries in the last 2 years.

The blocks if injuries in certain positions continues to blight the Chiefs. They may not get into full stride before finals.

@arhs Yeah, the first choice 11, 13, 14 and 15 haven't played a lot together so far. None of them are starting in this game.

@TheMojoman based off individual performances smattered over the last couple of years maybe. In which case nearly every team should be finals bound... but they can't be.

Bro, on paper that's a team with two good forwards (De Groot and Lavanini) and two good backs (Tavatavanawai and Tangitau).
Using the measure of 'would they start for another team'. I dunno if that's enough for should make finals.
