Be interested to see how Rayasi goes.

Some serious units in that Fiji backline 😬

Mr Fish

Sowakula looks like Father Time.

Great try from Wilfred Brimley

Fiji quickly need a different halfback pairing for that to happen. Lomani and Armstrong-Ravula are only adding to the chaos. Kuruvoli and Botitu need to be put at 9 and 10.

MiketheSnow

10-10 at halftime a fair reflection on proceedings

If Wales can improve accuracy at lineout and scrum points and YCs will follow

Mr Fish

Nothing wrong with that Wales try.

MiketheSnow

This is going to go down to the wire

Mr Fish

The problem with Fiji's style is they've conceded a handful of scrums through knock-ons and Wales inevitably earn a penalty from all of their set pieces.

MiketheSnow

Fiji were bloody dangerous and scored some great tries but how they kept 15 on the park is beyond me.

Murray can fuck off, so too Plumtree.

Costelow looked composed.

Best arrows from Elias for some time.

Put Jenkins in the second row and Teddy Williams on the bench and we have the makings of a very decent pack.

Zammit needs to go back to 15.

Adams, best game in ages.

That’s three in a row for Wales and the one win we were targeting this Summer in the bag.

Hopefully a smash and grab in the coming weeks.

I didn't expect to see that Wales set piece dominance especially in the scrum. We were missing a few tightheads and our best lock and don't have great depth to say the least.
I guess that says more about Fiji than it does about Wales though.
Glad to see us win but disappointed with the lack of strike plays and structure. There were opportunities there to open Fiji up especially in the 2nd half. But given where we were not so long ago a win is a win.

If they didn't all try to play 7s, Wales would've lost.

Is that the same Adams that managed to ruin a four on one(maybe two) and got tackled? What happened to the appreciation of putting others into space instead of running them out of it? Looked like an impression of Lote Tuqiri who racked up 700m per game running sideways.

Our brains functioned better than the Fijians

Sure he cocked some stuff up, but not as much as the Fijian he beat for the touchdown and try.

That was piss poor and amateur

Yeah, that was dreadful. I can't believe his teammates weren't screaming at him to take the L and just ground the ball.

Great chase though!

Bones

Take it that isn't the same player that fucked up in the Drua match?
