One of the comms called Josh Lord, Matt Lord early in the game, thought it was rather funny at the time
I've been one of Ardies biggest critics over the years.. But I think his last 120 minutes or so in black have been awesome.

I picked backs, but again the forwards were massive. Hard to pick some though
I went the complete opposite way.
Lots of very solid performances tonight but was most impressed with De Groot, Aumua and Vaa'i.
But really could give it to just about anyone.
My votes as well.
Tough choice this week which is always good
I'll go with De Groot, Vaai and Moorby
Others very close such as Tuipulotu, Love and the midfield duo.

@bayimports I'll forgive him, he was a Harbour and Takapuna legend after all.
Went to school with him! Much like some other rugby legends from that school, he wasn't deemed talented enough for the 1st XV.
I went with our midfield and Pat T.
Several others like Savea, Vaii, EDG, Love moorby, Jordan, Aunua all quality too

TJ. Heard that at the time and been trying to work out who Matt Lord actually is. Name sounds familiar.
My three were Groot, Vaa'i, DMac
Honourable mentions to everyone else except Roigard.
Patchrick I assume.
Pat for me too, big hits and big carries.
McKenzie cut them to bits, great lines.
Savea, his best game so far.
Aumua, Tupaea, EDG next cabs.
Bit surprised to see Jordie and Moorby getting votes - not the former's best game with a few errors, and while Moorby was solid I thought Clarke looked the better winger once he got on the field.
Not as surprised as I am seeing Jacobson getting them though. That was a dumb thing to do and could have cost the game in a tight one.

Patch
Who?
Rick
Paddy T. - the pick and go's and hitting the ball at speed was awesome to see.
Tupaea - Best game in Black, tackled everything that came his way, distributed well and got over the gainline plus with every carry.
Last of the three was a tough call with so many standouts but for me, Ardie earned this, what we have all wanted to see from him, leading from the front, heavily involved and made all the right decisions
Tuipulotu, Vaai and Tupaea.
First two for actually being big intimidating munters, running onto the ball and doing damage.
The latter for making hard yards, some incredible deft touches and no defensive issues. Making a massive statement to keeping that 13 jersey for himself.

Went Patrick, Vaai and DMac
Watched a replay and DMac’s impact on our attack (at fullback) was excellent. We didn’t overuse him as a second playmaker this week unlike previous, allowing home to hit the line from deep and with pace. Thought Jordie took more of that secondary playmaker role.

Yeah, I ended the game with a negative impression because he was at ten, and he's just not a good ten. At fullback he's excellent.
