PVL should buy it with his loose-change, and finish it off
but the wallabies (and ABs) are never going to die
even after this new NRL deal, the Wobs and ABs are still going to be able to compete for the best league talent
not thinking jarome is one of the guys that should be a target tho
although the wobs do have issues in that area

I've not been particularly impressed with what I've seen of Teddy Wilson to date. Good ball runner but seems to lack most of the core halfback skills? The Waratahs certainly looked considerably worse with him at 9, compared with Gordon.
Sounds like Ikitau also won't feature in the two matches against Japan. Even if he were fit, however, this is probably a good opportunity to build some depth in the midfield.
Doesn't seem like many changes, one uncapped player? So the squad directed by Kiss this year for Schmidt to finihs up or that's just the best they have?
Looks like the best available with players such as Ikitau, Skelton, and Lynagh unavailable due to injury.
Noticeably Lukhan Salakaia-Loto gets called back up after playing some club rugby.

Surely you'd take the best possible players into a RWC - especially one you're hosting?
In the same way you'd select players even if you knew they planned to retire the next year.
