@Jaguares4real looking at a test match here
The Crusaders will play the same to a certain extent attack up the middle kick for space wether it’s in behind the rush defence or wide to the wingers for space.
And look to move turn over ball quickly into space . Attack the set pieces to assert some pressure.

You might be right I've heard weather conditions could be less than ideal Sat evening come kickoff which would lend to less ball in hand & ball in play overall
That'll suit Jaguares who kick avg of 26 times a games - most in SR
Test Sevu Reece in defence - can be got at if tested
I fancy Jaguares to gain some ascendancy in kicking game Soccer skills come in handy

Hugh amount so would say may ease some mental doubts come WC time.Fair Dinkum Bloody best team the Crusaders have ever played, ya know!
can't remember where i heard this, but apparently they completely destroyed teh Hurricanes. At the Caketin no less. While the Crusaders could only sneak past them. At home

Bro, I’m not even going to watch. I’ll be too busy gearing up for a big Warriors performance against the Newcastle Knights.

It's terrible today... 6 degrees outside and hosing down.
But latest forecast suggests it will clear before tomorrow night, temperature will still be single figures but hopefully not raining.
Very happy we've sold this one out, when they released ticket prices I was skeptical.

But will the Crusaders make any money?
The Jaguares and SANZAAR are both paid a fee, and I've read previously that it's better to be playing away in a final (from an economic perspective) if your ground capacity is low.

I know Saders have to chip in £125,000 to Jaguares
don't know if it that's £, NZ$
Didn't know they had pony up to SANZAAR as well
If that's true

Aah the old southerly front with the ice cold clear air in behind. Kind of miss that weather.
But chilly here at the moment: 20 degs

I can be nostalgic about winter. Haven't had one for 12 years ...
haha RS cracks me up with some interesting POV from callers...
Fed up with the Crusaders winning all the time, be good for rugby if the Jaguares win etc...but I am looking forward to watching the ABs play and win...

that's why our underestimating them and sending an under-strength shit team to throw away that legacy gave me the absolute shits.

I thought @Jaguares4real was saying that the Pumas (a.k.a. Jaguares) won't be at full strength either.
The Chiefs won in BA so surely the ABs can.
Between Mr Touchline kicks are easy and Mr Lots a caps and emojis it's difficult to decide who to go for in this game.
Probably have to be the Saders. Will always support a NZ team over a touring national team.

@Rancid-Schnitzel Fucking outstanding ,You supporting the Crusaders
I am now. Couldn't have given a stiff s until very recently.
Holy shit seeing all the non cantabs supporting the Crusaders this weekend is crazy. I would have thought they've become one of those teams that wins too much so you support any team against them. I'm supporting the Jaguares tomorrow night and I really want them to win. But I know deep down that the Crusaders are most likely going to be too good.

A foreign team over a kiwi one? Hell no.

I understand it's convenient to now mention JaGuArEs ArE a TeST sIdE now they've starting winning
Crusaders only have 15 All Blacks in their match day 23 when everyone is healthy plus two soon to be capped ABs in Ennor + Reece
Maybe the Jaguares are playing All Blacks dressed in red......
Good luck to the Crusaders....
Not that you will need it, you've been the best team in Super Rugby these last three years by a country mile.

Not by a country mile this year. Too many losses, and a rather too tight semi-final to claim that.

It's surprising to see Auckland, Waikato Otago fans etc supporting the Crusaders tomorrow night
I;d though local rivalries would supersede everything else in Super Rugby and Club rugby
Pretty much why our international team is so strong, we are country first then club. Some exceptions, but that’s generally true (looking at you Hooroo)

The funny thing about that , if there is a group of supporters least likely to support other Nz teams , it probably is the crusader supporters , north island teams anyway

I support any NZ team over an overseas team.

This. Country miles before club, esp since club is a franchise that keeps changing it's borders. As a Canes supporter I wasn't unhappy that we lost the semi, as an NZ team is more likely to win if is Saders at home, rather than Canes away, for the final.
@Yeetyaah I'm a Crusaders follower and they've been a rewarding side to follow. But I'll always support the NZ team in finals. I enjoyed the success of the Chiefs when they raised their game, then the Hurricanes and the Highlanders.
If the Jaguares are good enough to win tonight, good on them. I won't be hearbroken if they manage to win. They'll deserve the title. Their achievement in reaching the Final is an accomplishment in itself - if they get the title, it's a big deal .
If they were playing another NZ side, I'd be supporting the Kiwi team.

Twas a joke. With one Super side it's only natural that there will be heaps of Pumas. Unlike that fat nard Phil Kearns I have no problems with the Haguaries. He only had an issue when they started winning.
As to support, it's a no brainer for me to support the Saders. Further on that, I would happily see my Canes finish rock bottom every year if it meant the Allblacks winning forever.
