Yup Egan's try. If we score that we have all the momentum. We had enough possession to win regardless, and our halves could have done more. But it is a gut punch to be denied in such a blatant way. Pretty much any other team in the comp gets the benefit of the doubt there. Its sickening

Warriors scored immediately after the Egan try though. There was no material effect.

Warriors just didn't fire enough shots. I doubt the Phil Gould factor will make a difference.

RTS' positional play has been exceptional so far.

Warriors not quite good enough in a few moments. Maumalao poor defence allows the raiders a big gain that leads to a restart and a Canberra try. We need to keep it close, raiders only have 1 player on the interchange bench

We cough up the pill after just getting a set restart right on the raiders line, then the raiders come down and score under the posts. Getting ugly

Takes me back to the early 2000’s when the Warriors were famous for their miraculous comebacks.

Was saying to a mate when the Warriors were still 2 tries off hitting the lead, ‘at least these Warriors have some ticker and show some fight’ but didn’t think for a second they’d actually do enough to get the job done.

The key thing about RTS is not that he doesn’t make mistakes, it’s that his workrate is incredibly high (reminds me of the great Bradley Clyde) and he is looking to make an impact with everything he does.

Did you see the bunker ruling RTS tackled that guy in the air late in the game. Farken blatant BS I tell you. So glad we won so I don't need to hear Annesley bleating on about them getting the calls wrong. Again.

No didn’t see that... was watching in a pub on the way home from club footy.
We were all adamant that they’d find something wrong with Pompeys try and not award it though.

@canefan I loved the NRLs sudden emphasis on player safety, in a situation where the tackler was being as legal and gentle as possible.

On the subject of player safety, watch every single time a player puts up a 5th tackle bomb or kick. See what happens to the kicker
