This is super shit news. RIP Andrew Symonds - what terrible news for his whanau and friends. Bro could swing a mean bat and was electric in the field.

Absolutely gutted by this. Never wanted to miss Symonds batting and thr Austrlian tram was a more exciting side for him being in it. He had a larakin streak to him, but boy he could deliver. Then as a commentator he was awesome to listen to. Above all that, he seemed a really cool dad and I feel hugely for his family.

The message had a screenshot of a news story about NFL star Tom Brady’s new $540 million dollar broadcast deal with Fox in the US.
