Love a dummy chip and run
Broncos win by 14, but it's probably not that impressive considering the Dolphins sucked, and the Broncos scored 3 tries directly from dolphin errors
Tough half so far for the Warriors. Manly are an impressive machine, Warriors have made too many errors. 5 minutes to go in the first half and the Warriors get a score to close the gap to 16-6
After CNK wasted a big chance to attack, DWZ gets an intercept on half way and runs it into the corner with less than a minute on the clock. Warriors go to the half 16-10 down
We been pretty flat so far, and made lots of errors. If we can turn things around out of half time there's everything to play for
That's disappointing. Bad finish to an attacking set, then we cough up a cheap strip penalty, a bad goal line D read by RTS and Manly are in. Poor
SJ turns back the clock with a magical try. Didn't save any magic for the conversion though, fluffs it so we are 8 down with 25 to play
Feels like it isn't going to be our evening. Barnett earns us an attacking set after driving the Manly player into his in goal. CNK makes a miracle offload but Egan fails to anticipate. Now RTS with a regulation spill
Warriors score with a minute to play, SJ converts from the corner. But his easier conversion miss earlier costs us the chance of GP. Very Warriors
Warriors were pretty shit for large periods of that game, and looked dead and buried 8 points down with 3 minutes left.
Manly were the better team for 90% of the game.
Put the 1 point in the bank and move on.
That missed conversion cost us. Happy that we got a point but SJ should never have missed that one.
Also I think he slightly hesitated on that good opportunity to kick the winning droppie. This he didn’t have time to angle it in but kicked it dead straight which meant it was wide.
@mariner4life Already had two wins this season. The pendulum is just swinging back. Rome wasn't built in a day. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Slow and steady wins the race. Et fucking cetera.
