Please nominate the 0.675-1.250. Some of the less educated may refer to this position as an Inside Centre. They are clearly idiots because unless you’re playing in Dunedin or Cardiff the game is played outside.

Give reasons in support of your nomination so:

  1. You have some justification for your nomination
  2. We can argue against it, or even agree with it by adding more reasons

Discussion is encouraged at the nomination stage.

Nominations or alternatives without any opinions for, and arguments against will be treated as bannable offences.

Refer the laws of TOTY stated in the Sports Talk forum.

Love it, don't read the rules!

I agree on the Aki nomination, he still topped several stats despite the QF exit.

Jordie for causing the QF exit of above with his brilliant try line save - which was a planned role. And unlike Aki also kicks points

Easy pick. Bundee Aki hands down. He reminds me of when Nonu started to come of age.

Such a shame he isn't playing for NZ.....

MN5

Damien De Allende.

Has been a terrific player for a number of years now. Hard runner with skills when required.

Tordah

Jonathan Danty from France was pretty good in attack and at the breakdown all year

Bundee Aki by a country mile. He was the main danger man within the Irish team.

MN5

Jordie.

One of the better ABs of late, has made the position his own and will nominate him to stay on @Rancid-Schnitzels good side ( I assume he hasn’t gotten up yet cos of the time difference )

sparky

Bundee Aki was outstanding this year.
