Fuck sake.
I've got to keep a closer eye on team selections...
5 players with zero points, and one with -1.

Round 10 in the books and there were some absolute howlers this week, with many player picks scoring in the single digits, and some scoring in the negatives. If you scored over 500 points this week, I think you should pat yourselves on the back.
@jamesb had the best round out of all Ferner's this week with 607 points. A superb effort. Sid Harvey and McKenzie brining home solid points for him. A good week sees @jamesb move up to 2nd position.
Overall, I'm still holding a slight lead at the top, but one bad selection can ruin that so the pressure is on.
An intriguing round ahead with the opening of Chch's new roofed stadium and Super round taking place in the Garden city. Make sure to keep close tabs on last minute changes and expect plenty of points on offer. It's going to be a doozy.

After the completion of round 12 and with only a handful of rounds remaining, the Ferner's Fantasy League Championship is coming down to the wire.
Round 12 was one of the more low scoring rounds we've had so far with HuttLander top scoring with 546 points. Captaining Cam Roigard proved to be a good option this week.
In the race for the 2026 FFL title, I'm managing to hold off JamesB and Kiwi Pie but there's still plenty to play for and that lead can be turned on its head fairly quickly.

I've still got the unlimited money and co-captains boosters to play and should really be planning when I do that!

If you play them right, you could easily end up 100 points ahead.

With two weeks to go it's still very close atop the Ferner's Fantasy League standings. @kiwipie has closed up the gap big time over the last couple of weeks and I'm only managing to keep him at bay knowing he still might have a couple of cards to play yet.
@no-quarter was on fire this week with 663 points, comfortably the highest scorer for round 14. Joe Brial and Xavier Roe were out of the box picks that paid dividends.
With two weeks remaining of Fantasy Rugby, there's plenty to play for so don't forget to select your team and also watch out for last minute replacements.

It's perfectly set up for me to really cock up my selections this weekend. I'm going to the Crusaders v Chiefs game to check out the new stadium, which players should I choose from those 2 teams?

I got 678 this round, it didn't move me much. Moananu and Fehi did well for me.
My apologies @mikedogz, you were indeed the highest scorer of the week, well played.
Moananu was a solid pick. I wonder why the Tahs haven't used him more this year. He'll be a great addition to the Highlanders next season.

Well you're getting very little response from me but a certain someone could be making a return.
I've made a bit of a late charge the past few weeks, but don't have any trump cards left to play so I don't think I am close enough to take it out. Some left field selections have helped me a bit lately, will need a few more of those I think.
After the penultimate round fixtures completed on Saturday night there is only one week to go in the Ferner's Fantasy League for 2026.
@oneshadeofblack was the best player of the week, scoring 711 points. His back three selections of Jorgenson, J Campbell and Naholo brought home the goods and helped him move up in the overall standings.
Overall, I was able to thankfully pull away from @kiwipie at the top of the table. I'm hoping to not completely botch it in the last week of play and hopefully take out the crown for 2026.
Best of luck to all players in the final week.

Made some terrible selections, I'm lucky to still be in 2nd.

I thought you were going to run me down selecting double captains. I'm lucky players like Moorby and Naholo were able to bump me up.
@canes4life you fluffybunny, Reece captain was a masterstroke. I had ST captain last week and accidentally left Codie captain this week, and he unfortunately did not score 4 tries again.

You know whatโs funny, I had Moorby but decided to swap him out for Reece and captain him last minute noting that it was his 100th. Happy to have had my top point scorer when it mattered most.
Iโm now 116th overall because of it.

I made the big play of having Paisami as my captain...boy did that pay off!
Yeah I had him, but captained Roigard. The fuck was I thinking? Most of my players barely played even 50 minutes
Fuck fantasy rugby. Absolutely flying high in my mates group only to have disgusting scores the last couple of rounds. Slipped from first to third and was relying on Donaldson and Jorg to outscore Moananu and Tizzano in this last game and they've completely shat the bed while the forwards carve up.

That killed any chance of last round heroics for me! Also picked Reece but not as captain but that helped keep me clear in 2nd.
Had an atrocious last couple of rounds, in the end got fucking annihilated by the other half who didn't even realise it was the last round so left a booster or two on the table.
Still undecided whether this leads to a great summer or an off season from hell.

Cheers mate, looking forward to the challenge next year. You kept me honest for sure.
