Spencer to debut off the bench

I think there's basically been a debut every week (Barnes, Slater, Vai, Matenga, Wrampling and now Spencer). Plus getting game time into Taele, Clark & Mullan

I'd like to see Cameron get time next week

Good to see Wrampling get a run at 8, Blues need to be looking forward and it seems Sotutu has a foot on the plane already.

Pleased with that lineup. Would prefer Eklund on the bench. Hopefully Mullan can improve.

I presume Taele is 10 cover.

They are probably holding Perofeta back until after the bye.

Would assume Sullivan would slot in to 10.

Where’s Hoskins? Interesting to see all 3 young loosies appear - Wrampling, Clark and Barnes.

Have been happy with Segners form too. Nothing like some pressure to incentivise you to perform.

Peyton finding out and then calling his parents about making his debut this weekend -

@KiwiMurph at some point one must ask why hookers don't come into SR with the ability to throw darts.

same reason backs can't put the pass in front of the player anymore? Amount of moves ruined by the player having to stop and catch a ball.

Dan54

I reckon players are still as good at throwing ball in, and passing in front of players etc.
I reckon as many missed lineouts are miss timing of jumps/lifters as ball not exactly on mark.

Same as thing that pisses me a lot when I look at passes not out in front, so many moves seem to be called and so many moving parts, an awful lot is timing of receiver as much as passer?
The whole game has got so much about complicated bloody moves etc.

Aussie Comms watching a different feed 🤣

antipodean

That's a good start!

Tim

That's an odd missed conversion

Not if you watched Beauden try and kick last week....

Bones

Geez Segner, that could easily have been classed as throwing the ball away. Why do that? Just drop it down mate.

Tim

Knock down by an Australian is not even a penalty. Against the Brumbies it's a card.

For such a skilled player BB is such an inconsistent kicker off the tee

It was even odder when the blues were leading 7-0

You can’t penalise Jorgensen. Come on mate.
