Hurricanes vs Reds

Tim

Good to hear the ref blow a ruck penalty, rather than yelling "leave it".

Canes4life

Some big hits coming in from the Reds.

Torian

Don't leave the country please

SouthernMann

Come on Canes put on 50.

Canes4life

Canes on fire. When they decide to pull trigger it’s a beautiful thing to watch.

Torian

Dearns always delivers for my fantasy team

Canes4life

IWL is on so expect a yellow card shortly.

Canes4life

Lovely kick by Love

Canes4life

Stop this kid from going overseas. Holy heck.

canefan

This is just the kind of loose game the Canes love. Hate to be a curmudgeon, but some of the passing and general skills have not been great.

So many of our tries have been off takeaways or Reds errors. Even that try started with a poor pass into the midfield by Love that could have caused us problems

Canes4life

Fehi in again. Another hattrick.

Torian

Don't leave Fehi

Canes4life

Another 50 pointer coming up.

canefan

Rova on in place of Higgins, oh I mean Jordie

The reds in Australia vs the reds in New Zealand. 2 completely different teams

@Higgins said in Hurricanes vs Reds:

@DurryMexted It was the same conditions facing both sides and as someone that was within 15 metres of the sideline witnessing the spectacle and viewing the ground conditions from far closer range than the vast majority of people you and I must have a different rating scale when it comes allocating a points value on the mudbath scale.

I do have the experience of viewing a match in almost mid calf depth mud at the Hunterville Domain in the late 1980s plus a memorable experience at the Taumaranui Domain for an NPC encounter around the same period. Just in Wellington city alone Prince of Wales Park, Martin Luckie Park and even Hataitai Park on a really bad day set a very high benchmark in absolute mudbath standards that make Churchill Park due a rating of "slightly greasy on top" category rating compared to the outstanding examples available in Wellington alone.

Fairly happy to have called that drua game a write off now. We looking good

The Brumbies loss to NSW last night helps us too. Now it's up to us to convert as many letters cal derbies as possible

Canes4life

Canes have made the Reds look pretty ordinary after they’ve been talked up.

Next up, bring on the Blues.

Landers92

Remember when a certain coaching group wouldn’t give Love a chance to showcase his skills in the black jersey? Lol
