SF: Hurricanes v Blues

Some players not helping their AB chances!?

Crazy Horse

Haven't read the entire thread, but is everyone comfortable with Roigard faking injury and then gaining an advantage from it? I am not sure how I feel about it.

Thought that was very dicey. Ref should've brought everyone back.

Tim

@Crazy-Horse I missed it, but my Chiefs supporting relative sure wasn't happy about it.

Yes

ABs need more shithouse-ery

Shows the old truism that play off games count.

People talked up all year fade under pressure, others step up.

canefan

Canes have to slow down, do the basics. The Blues D is strong, but we don't need to resort to miracle balls, just be patient and break them down

Mr Fish

This match feels a bit like a T1 v T2 game.

Blues scoring a couple of easy tries and Hurricanes making some uncharacteristic errors but still feels like the Canes could run away with it quite easily if they buckle down.

Reminds me of old school England vs AB games

taniwharugby

@canefan yea I think we need to play up more, other teams do it to thier advantage, you need to take every chance you get, if you get away with it, who cares?

canefan

Christie off for HIA now. And Delaney

Tim

Christie seemed to be appealing for something when he came out of a ruck.

McCaw always played on the edge or just over

For all the plaudits Dearns and Delany have won this year, it's been Patty who has dominated of all the locks.

canefan

Another Canes attack from a poor Blues kick

KiwiMurph

Harkin has taken heavy leg strapping off

ACT Crusader

Perofeta with a coach killer chip kick. Terrible.

Crazy Horse

I love to bag the guy, but that was a good tackle from BB on Harkin.

jimmyb

Canes front row is so impressive with ball in hand

Yeetyaah

If that isn't in from the side then I don't know what is

canefan

That's better. Felt more relentless

Donsteppa

Floodgates time imminent?

canefan

Love's kicking radar off this week. If we advance, nothing wrong with a flush the dunny type performance. Don't want to peak too early

jimmyb

@Donsteppa I hope not and the likes of Darry, PT, Barnes step up and look good for the ABs

KiwiMurph

This could get really ugly now

Barnes is one of the players I am hoping the ABs have the balls to pick.

Currently looking at flights from Aus to Wellington for the granny hmmmmm

jimmyb

@Crazy-Horse hasn’t been flash today but definitely has potential

KiwiMurph

If Canes can't sell out the final.....

canefan

Carlos's son is a chip off the old block. Silky
