What happened to Cody Vai this year? He looked excellent (at least on attack) mid-season and hasn't been sighted since? Would have certainly added some incision to this Blues backline (if he's not injured).
He had some bad games midseason. Underpowered in attack and exposed in defence

Bench hookers really are an achilles heel across NZ rugby. Cannot for the life of me understand how we have so many hookers that can't feed a lineout.

Canes taking it to a new level when a half century and 40 point win isn't a smashing.
I know Canes fans complain about some of Laidlaws selection choices but boy are they by far the best coached side in the comp

The theme of the last few weeks of the Blues is a competitive start and then fall away badly
