Back from the game, and it was definitely a game of two halves. Neither team will be happy with the other half.

From a Waikato perspective, the young players like Stephens, Salabiau and Eti did well. Some of the Waikato players were cramping up in the last quarter, so a make-shift team in the end. But a win to start the competition.
