Webber too slow
Fuck me. Dmac with a good clearance. They’ll lose possession but at least get some territory.
Weber should be beaten for that kick.
@stargazer Nothing looks good out there, that's for sure. Lack of speed on defence is baffling.
Blues must've really choked.
Weber should be pulled, he's almost made every play he's involved in worse, between his passing or his fucking inaccurate (or misguided) kicks.
Up front, I think we are what we are. There's no real help available, but in the backs, we must, surely, have anyone better than Fa'auli. Totally ineffective.
Dmac doesn't look very good, but he's been on clean up all night.
Bulls look good, but they've had plenty of help, 9 or 10 penalities? WTF?
I agree, but he's working his ass off. He and BBBR are not really surrounded by any class. I'd be looking at some other 'leaders' to get involved, especially Weber, who is relatively senior, not that you'd know it. We miss TKB in games like this.
I do like the Bulls attacking structure. Lots of width. With Kriel straightening the attack.
What’s different is that they are actually playing with some endeavour.
Chiefs look better staying close to the ruck than going wide.
Cane looked prop-like pedestrian on that second Bulls try ....
He's an AB, the senior halfback, and has been a Chief since 2014.
But, he's from Hawkes bay, so why am I not surprised to see you white knighting him.
Amazing what the forward pack can do when they deny their halfback the opportunity to touch the ball.
Yep, but it’s the decisions and the execution that are miles away. I can forgive execution, but as the guy who must be in charge of driving things around, he should at least make better decisions.
@shadowtrooper And a winger that knows not to run at the sideline but back infield.
A ref that knows what a tackled player is.
7 shades of averageness on the Chiefs bench. Be afraid.
Although Allardice is on, which is probably good.
