More than likely and hard to tell until we play either of them. But Oz have been really impressive since Lions 2, so I'm going with option 2.

Bledisloe is going to be epic.
With a win in SA, and playing Argentina at home (very realistic 2 wins - this will be the real indicator, if they can put the Argies away).

@Victor-Meldrew Yes, they’re playing with real self-belief despite an horrific run with injuries. There’s a never-say-die element to their play and they have some real game-breakers in the likes of Valetini, Ikitau and Jorgensen

These 2 games feel like a watershed moment for this Bok side and i think this will convince Rassie to accelerate some changing of the guard.
He may give those players who have won RWCs a chance to win at Eden Park (most havent actually played there strangely enough!) but I think after that he is focussed on building a side for RWC27.

Impressed with the way they handle pressure too. There's a real togetherness with this crop of players.
Boks underwhelming but they know how to see themselves home in the last fifteen minutes of a tight one.

A lot of bounce of the ball games where they were very lucky to get the rub.
RWC 2023 was barely believable from 1/4's onwards.
Playing the race card by stealth in Lions tour saying Kolisi didnt get same respect from refs as opposition captains, which helped turn the series.
I could go on.
Rassie is a great coach and id go into the trenches with/for him.
But they havnt revolutionised the game or anything. It has been more skullduggery than innovation.

Marx is always in the refs ear about foul play, high shots etc. He loves a bit of panto.
Geez that was a good bloody test. Wallabies certainly a team that is playing some good rugby, and Boks still looking pretty hard. Really enjoyable, recorded it , got up 6.30 just watched it great lead into Puma's/AB test. I do love this time of year.
Great game , I found myself supporting the wallabies even though I think a 1-1 result is the best thing for the ABs .

Yeah, hard to judge the boks. Clearly wallabies are one of the form teams in world rugby.
Was expecting more from the boks today.
Kinda reminds me of 2018, when the boks beat us in Wellington. There was lots of talk about putting things right etc but we got hammered for most of the match, i think we only won about 13 rucks in the first half of that match.
We ended up winning (2 late tries - last by Ardie) but it felt undeserved and it was then that i realised we were probably not going to win RWC19.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the wallabies value the bledisloe above the rugby championship and throw everything at that .
And then with the boks supposedly wanting the eden park record , we have some tough matches ahead for certain.
Pretty happy with that from the Wallabies. Looked with 10 to go like we might pinch it, which would have been just amazing considering our injury toll.
Forwards played with so much heart. Our tactic seemed to be 'try and beat them up close to the ruck', which against the Boks in SA seems like a death wish. But jeez did it almost work! Valetini, Skelton, Hooper, Tupou all great shifts in the tight stuff.
Would have loved to pinch the win but it was still a good watch, great physical rugby from both teams.

Particularly funny given he went back to a style that won him the last 2, in order to save face at home.

The over use of the midfield bomb was well and truely back.
The JOC missed kick was a critical turning point I thought.
Overall a decent game and Pollard made a big difference for the Boks. The forward were pretty even.

Big tight five forwards with limited fitness and kick for the sky. That's the plan. It worked and good on them.

Firrst scrum penalty was a joke. Ox drops his bind and turned in, driving up to try and make it look like Tupou was under pressure. No forward momentum from the Boks.
Doleman gamed. Big time.
