So what is Parkers future?
Can he realistically expect another shot anytime? From what I saw and read, he didn't really come close to causing Joshua any trouble.
If this had been a rugby match it would have been
NZ (AJ) v Wales (JP)
Wales / JP deserves to be in the contest; at times makes NZ / AJ look uncomfortable and vulnerable; but ultimately finishes the gallant loser.
But on their day, Wales / JP can beat Australia, SA, Ireland, England - Wilder et al, designate country to boxer at your leisure
- and will have subsequent matches / bouts.
I think AJ needs to beat Wilder and Fury first then we can call him the ABs ,
All on track for him , but so far he has only beaten Wales and South Africa ( Vlad , used to be good but not any more )

Not sure if there are many MMA fans on this thread, but the AJ v Wilder match up & hype up reminds me of the recent Stiope Miocic v Francis Ngannou fight.
I think the boxing version will go the same way, with AJ in the Miocic role.

- and will have subsequent matches / bouts.
