I went to the page and it was all filled in for me? So I didn't tip. Weird
EDIT Same this week the first 3 games already have tips in them, so last week I thought I must've already tipped. Not sure why the buttons are already clicked for the first 3 games. Shit tips too
@Machpants In order to see if your tips have gone through you need to go to the "Have I Tipped" tab and then scroll right through to the bottom of the spreadsheet as the lastest are always tacked onto the end.
@Machpants If you mean the "Have I tipped" spreadsheet, then as Higgins says, all of the latest tips are appended to the end. And because we have used the same form for all 12 weeks then the spreadsheet now looks a bit weird as we dropped from 6 to 4 games in a weekend and then back up to 6.
@Duluth Great idea - I have enough stats for both Super and NPC tipping.
Quite a few names on the list who no longer compete but also a fair few who play every year. Interesting how the current top 6 all feature heavily in the top 3 spots over the years. 5 of the 6 are previous winners and Tim has been second 3 times.

I would've picked the same margin etc for Crusaders anyway, so my tip should count. Even is it was 13 minutes late.
My accidentally tipping a home 17+ win tonight will not help me in the race for the title!!!!!! That will teach me for doing my tips in a hurray and not checking. Maybe KP will apply an "obvious error" rule considering I tipped Crusaders as the highest scoring team, MP for the lowest and change it to an away 17+ but I doubt it! At least I might still scramble the five points if the match in question turns out to be the widest margin.

No real damage for Higgins with his errant Crusaders pick as he scored the same as Hydro11 so the lead remains at 18. No change at all to the top 6. Best of the weekend was Langakali, Duluth, Antipodean & Victor, all with 57. Nearly everyone tipped 5/6 as nobody at all picked the Force win.
In the Sequel Cup, Tim leads Sportboy by just a point so all to play for in the second leg.
The first leg of the play-offs and plate went according to form and BOP Chiefs & Barbarians are on course for a big showdown in the final although their first leg leads are not massive.

A good week to pick scorelines, many scored 6/6 results. Category picks were much harder though and the top score was only 52 for both Duluth and Dan54. 51 for Kruse, Waynes World & Dogmeat. Hydro11 closed the gap by 3 more points so Higgins now leads by 15 with 2 rounds left. Winger 6 behind Hydro11 in third and Tim another 5 back. Bartman blasted himself out of the top 10 by scoring only 10 - either he was using the wrong form or he was going for the miracle catch-up play.
Tim wins the Sequel Cup by just a point over Sportboy.
No change in the second legs of the play-offs so BOP Chiefs and Barbarians will meet in the final over the next 2 weekends.
SuperBru - I've clawed up to 12th in the WORLD, and 10th in NZ.
Which made me check - rugby predictions are mirroring the actual results:
NZ-based accounts make up ~37% of those in the SuperBru Super-Rugby-Pacific Predictor 'game' - but 90% of the top 30-placed.

Tipping time - penultimate week of the Super tipping season

Before the first game starts - you made it in plenty of time.
Results are in and the form is up for the final week of tipping. The scoring will be as we did earlier in the season when there were 4 game weekends.
Best scores for the weekend were TR (based on picking 5/6) and Paj and Richie (based on getting 15/20 category picks) on 44. 40+ scores also for Cactus Jack, Machpants & Broughie. Nobody picked 6/6 as nobody picked Moana.
Higgins lead has been cut to just 5 with Hydro11 scoring 37 to his 27 so all to play for on the final week. Hydro11 is 21 ahead of Tim and Winger in 3rd place.
In the teams comp, all 4 are close after the first leg with BOP Chiefs holding a 1 point lead over Barbarians in the battle for the title.

First time I done one for a tipping comp for a few years, and just nade sure I got picks in every week (though may of stuffed up early) for first time ever. But basically because this my favourite forum, and so thought if I joining comp, I will do the right thing. It was a lot easier for me than you buggers who do the work I think!

Ok, thought maybe it finished, yep well my heart won't let me pick against Canes in knockout anywy, so guess I will just have to studiously decide on scores!!
Well done my final picks for year. Started off waiting until teams were named, and then thought who am I kidding, I not that scientific anyway, and proper heart picks!!!

@hydro11 Thanks for your kind intentions, was it an early attempt to grab the underdog status!? Looks like the title will be decided on the category picks plus the ACT Brumbies v Hurricanes match as the other three look to be easy 17+ers. My form has tailed off over the last few weeks so must be due for a good week this time out!
