<p>I found the BBC commentators a bit lame.  They went on at the mid-way point about how a 60s lead would win the race, and that group got easily hauled in.</p>

<p>Our sevens ladies need to show better discipline. Three yellow cards in the games I've watched - and Portia was lucky not to be given one for throwing the ball away vs US - same offence as she was given one in the first game.</p>
