Look at South Africa, throwing in a young 10 who hasn't even played professionally yet, and it took NZ how long to finally give Ruben Love a go?
Hopefully it won't be another Loftus massacre
Although that was a catalyst to a very bright period in Welsh rugby
Carter must be injured for Beard to be still in the mix
New centre partnership
Decent lock and back row bench
Be lucky to keep SA under 50 and within 50

The line speed of the Boks is bamboozling the Welsh.
Who is this ref though, heβs a bit all over the show.

If this was a boxing match the referee would've stopped it by now
Expected result
Better scoreline than I was envisioning
We gave up easy possession and territory
First up tackling was woeful
No match thread for the JRWC final? I'll take the opportunity to gently remind our friends in the Hermit Kingdom that the Baby Boks are back-to-back world champions... just like the Springboks.

Well done. Been done before. Let us know when they 3-peat. Or 4-peat
Boks are the 2nd team to win back to back WCs and JWCs. Nice of your boys to finally come to the party

Moyo disappoints.
Really?
Why do you say that?
Too laid back for the modern senior game. Donβt see anything special in him really. Hope he can come to the party and itβs early days, but ho-hum

Ahmed is going to be the next SMZ.
I don't even know who the first SMZ is?

That's the hope!
The Baby Blacks didn't just win junior World Cupsβthey developed into the Whitelock, Retallick, Cane and Beauden Barrett generation that dominated the next decade. If our Baby Boks can make that same leap, it should bode well for a continued dominance at the senior level.
Where do you think it all went wrong for All Black rugby?
Poor Structures?
Losing players overseas?
Private equity?
Or something else?

Why the fuck are Wales playing in white? This away strip malarky shits me.
Green and red is very bad for those who are colour blind.

Maybe.
But goodness, he's 20 playing in his first test. I thought he was solid.
Let's see how he develops.

Where has what gone wrong for All Black rugby?
In the U20βs in rugby in general?
I hope everyone in SA has the same attitude as you that it has all gone wrong for All Black rugby.

It isnβt as strong as it has been, in fairness. Boks have lifted their game and structures. NZ has to do likewise. Big job for Conrad Smith

I'm colour blind and would rather the home kits. The majority of people aren't, so changing for a minority like that is dumb.
SA rugby have to deal with quotas. The restrictions is now even bigger at Craven Week. The provinces now must select players from disadvantage schools. We saw the hosts , Eastern Province chairman chaging the team after trials and the team selected without consultation with the coach and selectors. In short they aren't allowed to just select PoC from strong rugby schools.
So developing players is on another level. The biggest reason for our stronger schoolboy structure came since Covid. The top schools coaches earn more money then Currie Cup coaches. Schoolboy rugby is professional since live streaming on Super Schools.

Is that true? I thought quotas had been done away with. In any event, SA rugby is probably the strongest itβs ever been.
@W32 SA schoolboy rugby is much stronger since covid. Rugby is big business in the top rugby schools since live streaming. Supersport schools give you admission to most schools live matches.
